How do I flash my custom map?
You will need to save the map onto your desktop. Then open AccessPort Manager, and you can drag the file onto the AccessPort. Unplug the AccessPort, and plug it into your OBD port of your vehicle, and follow the on-screen prompts to flash your new map.

Will my custom tune void my warranty?

Technically, no. The Dealer never likes to see aftermarket parts on any vehicle. But unless they can prove that the aftermarket parts/tune caused the issue you are having, then they are required to cover anything that is covered under warranty. You can look into the Magnuson-Moss Act for more information.

What can I expect from my custom Dizzy Tune?
Typical gains on a mildly bolted Mazdaspeed WITH high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) internals is 20-40 wheel horsepower (whp) over the OTS Cobb map. With the addition of either an E-85 mix or methanol injection, you can expect an additional 20-40 whp.

Is a HPFP required for the custom tune?
No, a HPFP is not required for the tune process. But please keep in mind, that the OEM fuel pump internals can only safely handle 16-17 psi of boost. This will drastically reduce the amount of power that can be produced with the custom tune.

How do I perform the necessary datalogs?
Please see our Tuning Info page for data logging instructions.

Is there a time limit on my tune?

There is no time limit for the E-Tune process. However, we do ask that you are courteous to others, and try to return datalogs as fast as possible. This way we can continue to offer high quality tunes, with a very quick turn-around time!
