Dizzy Tuning is happy to now offer a "crackle" option for your Fiesta Flash or Custom Tune! Get all the racecar sounds for your Ford Fiesta ST, at a fraction of the cost! This is an add-on item, so the purchase of a Fiesta Tune is required. If you are already running a Dizzy Tuning Fiesta Tune, then you would just need to purchase the appropriate DizzyPop option, depending on your fuel type.
DizzyPop is meant for the sound factor only. There is no performance gain/benefit from adding this feature to your map. Upon deceleration (in any gear, including neutral) will unleash the sweet sound of exhaust crackles and burbles, just like your favorite sports car! If you would like to see this feature in action, please view the videos below:Dizzy Tuning is happy to be the first to offer adjustability, to not only the intensity of your DizzyPop feature, but also the RPM's you would like the DizzyPop feature to be enabled!!!
DizzyPop Intensity: This is the intensity (or severity) of your Dizzypop option. Do you want subtle and somewhat intermittent pops from your exhaust? Maybe the Low intensity is for you. Or maybe you want loud obnoxious pops, like gunshots. Then the High intensity option is definitely for you!
DizzyPop Enablement Threshold: This is the RPM in which your DizzyPop feature will be enabled.
DizzyPop is enabled upon deceleration (lifting of the accelerator pedal), so you will hear DizzyPop ABOVE the RPM selected. Below this RPM, DizzyPop will fade away to silence. (Note: Due to data resolution in the ECU's tables, there may be additional DizzyPop noises heard within +/- 500 RPM of the selected engine RPM threshold.
DizzyPop will be sent as a separate tune file, and the user will need to flash to the appropriate map, when desired. Depending on what tune file you would like DizzyPop added to (Stage 1, Stage 2 or E30 tune), the new map will be exactly the same calibration file, just with the new feature added.
*Disclaimer: An aftermarket turbo-back exhaust is highly recommended when running the DizzyPop option. This feature has been tested on numerous vehicles with various exhaust setups, and no ill-effects or abnormal heat issues have been encountered. Long term testing is in progress, and solid data will be available in the near future. Please use this feature at your own risk**
